We will always do our best to make, pack and ship your hello DODO goodies as quickly as possible but we are a company of just two people and some items are handprinted to order so can take a little longer.

FREE UK Shipping on orders over £50*
All orders will be packaged carefully in the most eco-friendly packaging we can source and shipped via Royal Mail First Class delivery. This service is not tracked.
Shipping costs for orders £50 and under will be calculated at the checkout.
*Free UK shipping over £50 excludes enamel mugs as these have to be shipped separately in their own protective boxes. If you order a mug plus other items and your order comes to more than £50 you will only pay the £3.95 postage for the mug, the rest of your shipping will be free.

Depending on where you are in the World International delivery can take between 5 and 30 working days, particularly if there's a hold up at customs. International parcels are not tracked. Shipping delays are frustrating for everyone involved but please be patient and wait 30 days - in the meantime you can do the following:
- Double check your shipping address was complete and correct.
- Check with neighbours to see if they've received the parcel.
- Contact/visit your local parcel collection point to see if it's there and they haven't notified you.
- Please note: buyers are responsible for any custom charges.
