Processing Time
We will always do our best to make, pack and ship your hello DODO goodies as quickly as possible but we are a company of just two people and some items are handprinted to order so can take a little longer.
Usual Processing Time - 3-6 Working Days
Please note these times might vary during busy seasons. If there is ever an issue with your order dispatch we will contact you ASAP. If you need an item in a hurry please drop us an email: hello@hello-dodo.co.uk
UK Shipping
All orders will be packaged carefully in the most eco-friendly packaging we can source and shipped. Small items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, clothing and larger items are sent Tracked 24.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.
Shipping Delays
Sometimes, particularly at Christmas, there can be shipping delays with Royal Mail. We have had on occasion First Class parcels take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please note First Class is not a tracked service, if you want a fully tracked service please select DPD at the checkout. Things you can do whilst waiting for your delivery:
- Double check your shipping address was complete and correct.
- Check with neighbours to see if they've received the parcel.
- Contact/visit your local parcel collection point to see if it's there and they haven't notified you.
We really appreciate your patience when waiting for parcels that are caught up in the postal system.
International Shipping
We have currently had to turn off US shipping due to Trumps absurd tariffs - we are so sorry! Hopefully this is temporary.
All orders will be packaged carefully in the most eco-friendly packaging we can source and shipped via Royal Mail Standard Airmail delivery. This service is not tracked.
Depending on where you are in the World International delivery can take between 5 and 30 working days, particularly if there's a hold up at customs. International parcels are not tracked. Shipping delays are frustrating for everyone involved but please be patient and wait 30 days - in the meantime you can do the following:
- Double check your shipping address was complete and correct.
- Check with neighbours to see if they've received the parcel.
- Contact/visit your local parcel collection point to see if it's there and they haven't notified you.
- Please note: buyers are responsible for any custom charges.
