We will always do our best to make, pack and ship your hello DODO goodies as quickly as possible but there's just two of us and some items are handprinted to order so can take a little longer.

Depending on where you are in the World International delivery can take between 5 and 30 working days, particularly if there's a hold up at customs. International parcels are not tracked. Shipping delays are frustrating for everyone involved but please be patient and wait 30 days - in the meantime you can do the following:
- Double check your shipping address was complete and correct.
- Check with neighbours to see if they've received the parcel.
- Contact/visit your local parcel collection point to see if it's there and they haven't notified you.
