Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will happily exchange unworn items for different styles or sizes within 30 days, it is however the customer's responsibility to pay the postage to return an item to us. Please use our size guides before making a clothing purchase to ensure you have the correct size where at all possible as exchanges cost our small business money. Unworn items in the same condition they were bought in can be returned for a refund within 30 days. Rewrap the item and return it to: hello DODO, C/O Ali & Jam Lewry-Beale, 37 BECKET ROAD, WORTHING, BN14 7EY, United Kingdom. We recommend using a tracked service. Please include a note with your name, original order number and that you would like a refund. Please note the cost of returning an item is your own and you will be refunded the price you paid for the item minus the shipping cost (if relevant).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return rather than a refund. Once the returned unworn item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you. If you were bought a gift and need to exchange the size please email us: email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and we can't be held responsible for returned items not reaching us.
