Here are some questions that we get asked frequently!
Q: I'm a size 10, what size sweatshirt/t-shirt should I be buying?
A: We don't work with UK dress sizes as a) it's confusing for international customers, b) sizes differ in every High Street store, am I right?! And c) our clothing is unisex. HOWEVER we have attached a very detailed Size Chart in each of our listings and highlighted the chest measurements within the listing description. Top tip: take one of your own similar styles of clothing, lay it out flat to double check the half chest measurement, sleeve length and body length. Simples!
Q: I have this amazing idea for a sweatshirt/patch/pin etc, can you make it for me?
A: Unfortunately we can't offer custom screen printed clothing as each piece is burnt to a silkscreen and handprinted. We also can't offer custom patches or pins as we have to make these in quantities of at least 100. If it's something else you have in mind feel free to email us.
Q: I'm waiting for my order to arrive, is there a tracking number?
A: Currently all of our parcels are sent untracked UNLESS you select DPD at the checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. UK orders are sent First Class and will usually arrive with a few days (unless there's delays). International shipping can take anywhere from 5 to 30 days depending on where you are.
Q: I live outside the UK, can you ship to me?
A: If your country doesn't come up as an option then please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes of course, we accept returns within 30 days, please read our full Returns Policy for details though.
Q: Are you taking on any interns/employees at the moment?
A: Unfortunately not sorry!

Q: I really want a _____ sweatshirt but hate that colour, can you print it in a different colour for me?
A: Quite possibly! If you'd like something printed on to a different colour garment that we stock or in a different ink colour that we have, we should be able to do that for you. Just drop us an email!
Q: This item/size is out of stock on your website, can you get one in for me?
A: Possibly! Drop us a email!
Q: I've left it late to order for a friend's birthday, can you help me?
